ACC Contact Assessment Version 10

We are moving to version 10 of the ACC Contact Assessment. We recommend reading the What's New Guide, watching the SPA videos and attending a Skills Booster session so that you are aware of these changes (details below). Please email interRAI@tas.health.nz if you have any questions.

Key Improvements and New Functionalities

  • Single-page application (SPA) is an application which operates on a single page, making the assessments flow better and be more responsive. Many people will find this more intuitive – the SPA format is quite popular and is what you will find on websites like FacebookTwitter and Gmail

  • Moving from Version 9.3 to Version 10 of the Contact Assessment which includes both updated and new items
  • Check-in-Check-out (CICO) is being retired as we introduce a new Mobile App

Training & Support Opportunities

We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. Our team is here to support you through the new changes. There are a range of resources below, ranging from guides and videos to dedicated online sessions with an Educator.
